1. Can I Return My Order? Every window treatment is a collaborative masterpiece, meticulously crafted to your specifications. As custom-made products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a quality defect. Exceptions include:
  • Non-returnable items: Fabric samples, sample books, curtains/shades matching original order details.

2. Non-Qualifying Return Reasons • Misinterpretation of product images (detailed photos provided) • Size mismatches based on provided measurements • Dissatisfaction with color, weight, or texture (sample ordering recommended) • Change of mind, ordering errors, or unneeded items • Size variances within +/-1 inch (industry standard) • Color variations due to dye batches or added linings

3. Qualifying Return Reasons If you identify a quality issue, contact us immediately with your order number, detailed description, and photos. We will prioritize an inspection and arrange repairs or remakes to meet original specifications. Accepted defects: • Production errors • Incorrect lining • Non-matching descriptions • Color discrepancies .Hardware returns: Eligible within 30 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

4. Return Address Upon approval, our team will provide a designated return address. Include a valid tracking number and carrier details (e.g., FedEx/UPS). Unregistered packages or COD shipments will not be accepted. Note: Do not return items to the original sender address.

5. Return Window All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Late requests may be declined. Inspect items promptly upon receipt.

6. Shipping Costs Customers cover all return shipping fees, including initial delivery charges.

7. Exchanges Contact us within 3 days of delivery for size-related issues or damaged items. Exchanges must match original order specs (size, style, color, lining). Retain all packaging and provide photos for validation.

8. Refunds • Approval/denial notifications sent via email post-inspection. • Approved refunds processed within 3-5 business days after receiving returns. • Refunds issued via original payment method (credit/debit card refunds: 3-7 days). • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Measurement Accuracy: Use metal tape measures only. Non-metal tapes may stretch. If size errors occur (rare), we’ll remake or adjust your treatment and cover factory shipping costs.
  • Color Variations: Slight color differences may occur due to monitor settings or lighting. We cannot guarantee exact color matches.
  • Order Modifications: Changes post-production are generally unavailable. Ensure precise measurements.
  • Light-Blocking Rates: Our lining options range from privacy-filtering to full blackout. Actual light-blocking effects may vary due to installation/environmental factors. Request free sample books to test real-world performance.
